Sometimes you don’t need words at all.
This was one of those weekends.
It was a great weekend with family old and new, and a really sweet ending to my spring break.
Except the time I came home to my apartment to find a package I ordered broken into and the item stolen. It was a very personal item and I STILL feel violated, but I called up the company and they were so good about it and are sending me a replacement right away.

What are you grateful for this past weekend? Quality time spent with my family, especially my cousin, sister, Godmother, and mom! We had some lovely female bonding time and it was much-needed.
Has anyone ever broken into something of yours (car, home, etc.) and stolen something? This was the first time and I’m still hurt by it. I’m not even mad so much as I’m annoyed that people can be so mean and selfish.

Aww, those pictures are great! It’s making me excited for future bridal showers. I’m sorry about your package though – I’ve never had that happen to me (knock on wood) but I hope your new item gets to you soon. Hugs!
Sounds like a fun weekend! I’m so sorry about the package though! Someone just stole some part of my mom’s car (I guess for parts??). Ugh, it’s going to cost almost $2000 to replace!
It looks like you had a beautiful weekend – what a special time for everyone involved. I’m so sorry to hear about what happened with the package, though. How disrespectful and wrong on the part of whoever took it. That’s just terrible!
when i was travelling in Bolivia, i was mugged and a man slashed down my back to try and steal my money from my backpack. He got away with nothing as it was all tucked in my socks!

Ah, that’s so mean! Fortunately, nobody has broken into my apartment so far, that’s my absolute horror idea! The thought of somebody unknown digging through your personal stuff … Gah! I’m happy you could get a replacement, but I can totally understand that you feel violated after all.

My husband and I had a great time with his parents…riding bike…eating great food…sitting by the pool and loving life. 🙂
